Marcel & Anton are a dynamic duo that provides home-cooked meals using only the freshest ingredients that are sourced locally and as organic as possible. All orders are delivered twice per week freshly cooked and delivered directly to clients homes.

Healthy Meals Delivered Weekly

So what do these delicious meal plans consist of? Take a look at some of the recent menus!

WEEK 1

Monday: Roast Chicken WITH green beans, roasted butternut, garlic and parsley carrots and roasted potatoes with a light gravy OR with a colourful green salad, basil pesto baby potato salad and a roasted butternut and seed salad with a balsamic reduction.

Tuesday: Meatballs Putanesca.

Wednesday: Chicken and Broccoli pie OR Durban Chicken Curry.

Thursday: Chicken Schnitzel with a cheese and parsley sauce on a bed of roasted vegetable couscous.

WEEK 2 

Monday: Roasted Pork Belly, served with sweet potato, butternut and apple mash, minted peas and crunchy stir-fried vegetables.

Tuesday: Chicken Carbonara Penne.

Wednesday: Glazed pork fillet with garlic baby potatoes and green beans.

Thursday: Bolognese Melanzane Parmigiano.

 

WEEK 1

Monday: Roast Beef, roasted potatoes, green beans, roasted butternut and garlic and parsley carrots with a light gravy.

Tuesday: Melanzane Parmigiano.

Wednesday: Cottage pie.

Thursday: Chicken and pork chipolata cassoulet with roasted veg.

 

WEEK 2

Monday: Roast Pork, roasted green apples, roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes, gem squash, peas and carrots with gravy.

Tuesday: Moussaka.

Wednesday: Meatballs Parmigiano.

Thursday: Basil pesto chicken ala king with red and yellow peppers on a bed of basmati rice or butternut mash.

 

The Cost

The 2-week eating plans are available for families of:

1 person for R850.00

2 to 3 people for R 1400.00
In addition to the delectable meals, this options comes with 8 assorted muffins or 1 litre of soup

4 to 5 people for R 1800.00
In addition to the delectable meals, this options comes with 12 assorted muffins or 1 litre of soup
